Why This Year's The X Factor Will Be The Best

My apologies for the absence, its because I've started sixth form and I've been unable to post any new pages recently.

This is my article about the ongoing tenth series of the ITV series The X Factor.

Here's five reasons why this year's X Factor will be the best series of the show:
1. Changes
Though this series has had some major changes, this doesn't the show from getting popular. Most changes to the show are actually good as I praised the reinstatement of Sharon Osbourne as judge and the supersized auditions round on Saturday and Sunday.

Also, there's a new co-presenter to take over Olly's spot on The Xtra Factor and his name is none other than up-and-coming comedian Matt Richardson. I actually liked how ITV hired him instead of that horrible Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw (gosh, he really ruins the popular breakfast show he does now and most people agree that former host Chris Moyles was much better than him) and the flamboyant series nine contestant turned Big Brother's Bit on the Side presenter Rylan Clark.
 2. Sharon's Back
You guessed it, original judge Sharon Osbourne is back for a vengeance. Before she officially returned, I was really worried that she would do worse, however when Tulisa was sacked from the show due to controversy over drug problems that made it to the tabloids during this June, I was relieved as I began to realise that she would definitely return.

However, it's been reported that she will only return this year due to her commitments on the American talk show The Talk, which is like Loose Women, but only the women are not loose at all.
 3. Louis Bows Out
This season will be Louis Walsh's last as he confirmed earlier last month. Thank heavens for that because he has been really annoying in the later episodes of the series as he's chosen weird acts such as Jedward in series six, Wagner in series seven, Kitty Brucknell and Johnny Robinson in series eight and last but not least District3 and Union J in series nine (to be honest, I really liked MK1 'cause they were spread the hip hop influence to the series).
4. More Comedy on The Xtra Factor
It's official, there is more comedy on The Xtra Factor, because of the good chemistry of Caroline Flack and co-host Matt Richardson. Even, Richardson is a fan of contestant who is big in his native country, which I'm referring to Israeli pop singer Chen Aharoni.
5. The Return of the Failed Contestants
As like most series, this marks the annual "return of the failed contestants", where contestants that did not make it to either the bootcamp, the judges' houses nor the live shows return to the show to prove the judges to change their minds. I'm happy that Ashwin (who previously auditioned in series five to nine) and the Chawners (who previously auditioned in series three to six) didn't return.

Notable failed contestants of the series that have returned are: Amy Mottram (from series nine), Jade Richards (from series eight and nine), R&B trio Rough Copy (from series eight), Melanie McCabe (from series five, eight and nine), John Adams (from series eight), Terry Winstanley (from series eight), Johnny Rocco (from series four), Stephanie Woods (from series four), Curtis Golden, Joseph Whelan and Gathan Cheema (all from series nine) and The Dolly Rockers (from series three, remember they released a single in 2009 that made it to the UK Top 50?).
6. Failed Singers and Bands Make a Comeback
As like most series, this marks the annual "failed singers and bands make a comeback", where washed up one-hit wonders attempt to make a comeback by auditioning on the show. I really enjoyed the 1990s one-hit wonders Next of Kin's audition, which impressed the judges so much in their first audition, that they impressed again in their arena audition.
7. Bootcamp Gets The Voice
The bootcamp round this year will be changing to something a bit like The Voice, as the judges will have their categories before they choose the finalists.
